Privacy Policy

For each visitor to the website, the web server does not collect any information regarding the domain or IP address of the visitor. The network location may be collected for statistical purposes only.

Email addresses are collected for the following: those who post comments (if  the user has volunteered their email address), those who communicate with me via e-mail, and those whom volunteered information, such as signing up for email alerts.

The information I collect may be used to notify users about updates to the site and will only be disclosed to others when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing my website and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of my website.

From time to time, I may use information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in my privacy notice. If my information practices change at some time in the future, I will post the policy changes to the website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at my website periodically.

Upon request, I provide site visitors with access to all information (including proprietary information) that I maintain about them, such as communications that the user has directed to my site (e.g., e-mails or comments) or the user’s contact information (e.g., name, email, phone number). Also, upon request, I offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information and communications that the user has directed to the site.  Users can access this information or have this information corrected by sending me an email at the address below or by visiting the Contact Page.
